Dr. Harshitha K M

Dr. Harshitha K M completed her M.B.B.S from PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Kuppam, which is affiliated with Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Her academic journey continued with a Master's in Surgery in Ophthalmology from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, where she achieved the remarkable feat of being a gold medalist and securing the top position in the university for the year 2021.

During the critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic, she actively participated in pandemic-related duties, contributing significantly to the healthcare efforts. This experience also sparked her interest in the realm of bioethics. Dr. Harshitha further advanced her expertise by undertaking a comprehensive 3-year Vitreo-Retina fellowship at the prestigious L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, one of the leading institutions in the field.
